Refund policy

Please contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order if you wish to return any unwanted items. You will be responsible for any postage costs for unwanted items. Please note we do not offer an exchange service at this time.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item back to us for a full refund.

Unwanted items must be unused and in their original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

Where there has been damage or the order is incorrect we will first ask for photographic evidence and on receipt of this we will inform you as to the next step.

Once accepted for return we will provide you with postage details, for you to show at a Post Office. The Post Office do not collect liquid items, so you will be required to take these to a counter.

When returned to us & we have verified your complaint, a refund will be issued. The time taken to return the money to your account will depend on your bank policies.
