Refund policy

Please contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order if you wish to return any unwanted items. Unwanted items must be unused and in their original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You then have 14 days to get the item back to us for a full refund.

Where there has been damage or the order is incorrect we will first ask for photographic evidence and on receipt of this we will inform you as to the next step.
