Shipping policy

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.00, orders below that will be charged at £6.00.

We despatch by Royal Mail Second Class, with "Signed for" used for higher value orders. You will be sent a tracking number when your order has been posted. Please check the progress of your order after 3 days as Royal Mail do not always inform you that they have attempted to deliver and you may find they have missed you and you need to rearrange delivery or collection from a local sorting office or similar. 

If 10 days have passed since you ordered and you have not had your delivery or any notification from Royal Mail please contact us and we will investigate. 

We will at our discretion upgrade postage to First Class "signed for" or if you wish to have your order expedited then please put a note in the comments box and we will contact you to inform you if this is possible & any related costs.

We are currently only able to deliver within the United Kingdom - sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
