How to Use

1. Fill a basin with warm water (aim for roughly 38°C for maximum muscle relaxation).

2. Scatter a generous handful of salts into the water.

3. Submerge your feet, chill out and let the icy-hot contrast restore your foundation.

4. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
